It is not a fad, but a great tool to assess the emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is a set of qualities that enables a person in coping up with the challenges of personal and professional life. First of all, the face value of the employee shouldn’t get affected by the test results. Secondly, the results shouldn’t be imposed on a person to change the basic personality traits. Some things are impossible to change. Third and most important aspect is that the test results shouldn’t be used for passing judgment. It should be considered a way to reflect the personality.
